At Devlalla Collection, we ensure quality products for our customers. However, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.
🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility
We only accept return or refund requests in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received has missing items

We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reasons.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (अनिवार्य)
To claim a return or refund, a proper unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must follow these conditions:
📦 Full 360° clear video of the package
🚫 No cuts, no edits, no pause
📍 Package opening must be shown clearly from start to end
👉 Without this video, no claim will be accepted.
⏱️ Time Limit (समय सीमा)
You must submit the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted
🚚 Courier Responsibility
We are not responsible for any delay caused by courier services
Delivery delays will not be considered for return/refund
💰 Refund Process
Once your request is verified, we will:
Offer replacement OR
Provide refund (whichever applicable)
👉 Decision will be taken based on the situation.

Claims with edited or unclear video will be rejected
No return/refund for personal dislike or wrong selection
